We personally inspect and photograph all villas and apartments and provide our clients with accurate information about the location and properties. All accommodations are contracted with Istrabook and have permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our property management staff, Tina Haid and Claudio Jurak, both native German speakers, are your points of contact and are available to you at any time on-site at your holiday destination.

The comfortable and beautiful holiday home Anđa is located in southern Istria, in the peaceful village of Banjole, just 7 km from Pula. The house spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a massage chair. The house features 5 bedrooms: four rooms are furnished with large king-size beds, while one room has two single beds. There are a total of 4 bathrooms available. Guests can enjoy a private sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a fenced garden with seating furniture and a barbecue. Table tennis, three bicycles, and a game table with 16 different games are also available. The house is located just 400 m from the center of Banjole and 1500 m from the nearest beach.
