Villa Yanko is situated in Tucepi, one of the most famous tourist destinations of the Makarska Riviera and one of the most popular in Dalmatia. This part of Dalmatia is known for its crystal clear sea and for kilometers of beautiful pebble beaches, which are known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. Villa offers absolute privacy! The location is peaceful, with mountains behind and a glorious sea view to the front, yet it is close to amenities and the beach. It has been beautifully designed and is equipped to extremely high standards. The kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings (including large, comfortable beds) are all of high quality. It offers children playground, children pool, BBQ, table tennis, baby cot, familly room, pet necessities, free WI-Fi in each room and modern furnishing and outdoors with double infinity heated pool for adults 9m x 5 m and also for children and non -swimmers 1,8m x 7m so you even do not need to go to the beach, because you have own beach behind the pool with pebble and sandbox for children, swing, and deck. We help our guests answering them to all their questions and taking care about the most of important things and their needs.

Die Villa ist 10 Autominuten von der Stadt Makarska, 5 Minuten vom Platz Tucepi und 67 km von der antiken Stadt Split mit ihrem UNESCO-geschützten Diokletianspalast entfernt. Ohne direkte Unversehrtheit ist höchste Privatsphäre garantiert und der ideale Ort für einen Urlaub. Diese einsame Luxusvilla befindet sich in der Nähe des Naturparks "Biokovo" in einer absolut ruhigen und grünen Umgebung, mit wenig befahrenem Höhenweg. Die Villa Yanko liegt am Ende der Dorfstraße, abseits vom Lärm von Autos und anderem Verkehr, aber in der Nähe des Strandes und der Annehmlichkeiten (große Einkaufsmärkte wie Lidl, Kaufland usw.). Wohnen und wohnen in der grünen und romantischen Umgebung von Makarska ist auf der 10 Minuten Fahrt mit allen großen Supermärkten wie LIDL, KAUFLAND, APFEL, KONZUM ... und Tučepi ist auf 5 Minuten Fahrt für kleinere Einkäufe.
