We are a family with three fabulous boys. Opatija is our second home. We live in the beautiful German alps.

Property info

Beautiful art deco villa dating back to Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. It is been preserved as a cultural heritage and completely refurbished to meet all the necessities of the modern living.

Neighborhood info

Stunning beaches at a foot step, just across the street. Istrian inland with its vineyards, olive oil production and many excellent restaurants. Plenty of opportunities to work out (running, hiking, cycling, swimming), great restaurants and cafés, playgrounds for kids and everything one needs for having a great time.
