Villa complex Villa Verde is located in a quiet residential area Jesenice, 20 minutes away from Split with a car. With a stunning sea view, this complex offers 2 villas, each with its own private pool: outdoor opened (Deluxe Villa) and a indoor swimming pool (Superior Villa). This Villa complex can take up to 20 people comfortably with every room having air conditioning. Both villas have two floors, and each villa has 2 living rooms and 3 bedrooms. So total of 6 bedrooms and 4 living rooms. Each villa can be rented separately as well, but in that case please check info of each villa to know what you'll get. Deluxe Villa has "Dalmatian Konoba style" large dining room (with PRO kitchen appliances) and jetted tub. Superior Villa has sauna and game room (pool and ping pong tables, darts, trampoline). Free parking space and lots of other amenities are available for both villas. Villa Verde sits between Split city center (approx. 20 minutes) and the town of Omiš (approx. 10 minutes), known for its dramatic canyon, river rafting and some of Dalmatia's most scenic beaches. The nearest beaches are a short 5–7 minute drive away. Walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes to get down and between 30-40 minutes walk back. The distance to the beach is approximately 1500 meters. The location gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion at the villa, with easy access to everything the Split-Dalmatia region offers — historic Split Old Town (UNESCO World Heritage), island ferries to Brač, Hvar and Vis, local restaurants, markets and more.
