Villa Slavica is a unique property situated in the heart of old town of Bol. It is built with traditional limestone from the Island of Brač and it is known in Bol as the property with the most beautiful garden!
The apartment is situated on the first floor of Villa Slavica and is fully renovated in 2019.
Highlight of this apartment is a large terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea and the nearby Island of Hvar.
If you look down at the house's inner yard, you will see the most beautiful garden in all of Bol. Villa is known for its decades old Bougenvillas as you can see on the photos.
Property is located only 50 meters from the sea and you can reach the first beaches in minutes!
Market is only 10 meters away and free parking is 5 minutes walking from the property.
Hello dear visitors! My name is Vini and I will be glad to host you at my beautiful house Villa Slavica.
My passion is gardening and if you stay at my property you will see a lot of gorgeous flowers and plants in our garden as well as big bougainvilleas (for which the house is pretty popular).
After many years of hosting travelers from around the world, I have decided to renovate the apartment and make your stay even more comfortable. I am sure you will enjoy your stay at my house in the award-winning city of Bol!

Our neighborhood is for sure the oldest and most traditionally built in all of Bol. All houses are built from the Brač Island limestone and almost every house still owns a private backyard where people would gather to drink coffee and homemade cakes.
This area is popular as the less crowded beaches are situated just 5-10 minutes walking. I highly recommend Martinica beach and Kotlina beach where locals usually go. On Martinica beach you can rent a kayak or a stand-up-paddle board and explore the pristine nature around Bol from a different perspective.
There are a few bars and restaurants just a few minutes walking from the property. I highly recommend a restaurant called "Ribarska Kućica" (eng: Fishermans House) located just by the sea with great fish menus.
