Newly furbished studio apartment first row by the sea.
We have just refurbished a studio on a ground floor of our house. Our house is located first row by the sea on the beach in the center of the village Preko on the island of Ugljan. There are grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants less than 1 minute walk from us. The ferry port is around 10-15 minutes walk from us that takes you to the city of Zadar in 25 minutes. If you want a change from swimming in the sea and the beach, you can also go hiking on the beautiful hills or go around the island. There is a garden in front of the studio also and we are always here to help you with anything you might need.
Peaceful neighborhood close to the center of Preko.
Languages spoken: English,Spanish,Croatian,Italian
