Two years ago, we expanded into short-term accommodation with West Coast Deluxe Rooms, offering a peaceful stay. Following its success, we're proud to introduce our newest addition: East Coast Deluxe Rooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. At the heart of it all is Anita, our dedicated manager and hostess, who makes sure every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for. And we can’t forget Željka, our wonderful cleaning lady, whose sharp eye and care ensure that every corner is spotless and every room feels just right. We’re excited to host you and hope you’ll enjoy both your stay and the spirit of Split we love so much.

Located on the peaceful west side of Split’s promenade, our four modern en suite rooms offer a relaxed stay just steps from the city’s best beaches, scenic seaside parks, and public parking. From here, it’s an easy 15-minute walk along the coast to reach the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace. All rooms are on the second floor of a quiet residential building (please note, no elevator), and each includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi - ideal whether you're working remotely or enjoying a beach break. One of our rooms is suited for families and comes with a baby crib on request. Breakfast is served at our partner restaurant Skalinada, in Old Town, where you can start your day with a taste of local hospitality. We use a secure digital code system for entry - no keys needed, easy 24/7 self check-in, and a hassle-free check-out process. If you're looking for a comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-located stay close to both sea and city, we’d love to welcome you.

Neighborhood info

Tucked between the sparkling Adriatic Sea and the green slopes of Marjan Hill, Meje is one of Split’s most charming and upscale neighborhoods. Known for its peaceful vibe, leafy streets, and historic villas, Meje offers a quiet escape while still being just a short walk from the bustling Old Town. Here, mornings start with a coffee by the sea, and afternoons are made for beach hopping - Jadran, Ježinac, and Kašjuni beaches are all close by. You’ll also find beautiful walking and cycling trails through Marjan Forest Park, perfect for a scenic workout or a sunset stroll with panoramic views over the city and nearby islands. Despite its tranquil feel, Meje is incredibly well-connected. You can walk to the Riva promenade in about 10 - 15minutes or take a short taxi ride into the city center.
