A 2 story standalone house located in the center of Pula. The host owns the 2nd story of the house and there are 2 entrances - from the main road and from the parking lot which is accessed via Benciceva street (large grey gate). The property has been refurbished in 2021, all except the bathroom which was refreshed. There are 2 bedrooms and one small living room, a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, a dishwasher and fridge, a dining area and a bathroom. The property also has its private parking lot which can fir up to 2 cars. One air condition is in the main bedroom and another is in the kitchen/dining area. Mosquito nets are present on almost all windows. There is a small balcony that overlooks the main street and can be accessed through the main bedroom. The property has free wi-fi and cable TV.

The host is Ivana Moharic Major and this is her first property she manages. Her husband Aleksandar and her mother Zorica are helping with the reservations management and cleaning. We wish our guests to feel at home. We live in Rovinj, but we're at full disposal to our guests. If there is anything they need they only need to call us and we'll arrange a solution.

The property is located in one of the central neighborhoods of Pula, Sijana. The main Pula Bus Station is located 350 meters from the property. Supermarkets Kaufland and Plodine are located 150 and 250 meters away. The local bus line (public transport) stops just across the street from the property.
