This apartment is located on the GOLDEN BEACH of Siófok, next to the waterfront. The terrace offers a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. Leaving the gate of the apartment building, you can enjoy the warmth of the summer sun directly on the open beach. A spacious pool awaits our dear guests in the courtyard of the building. The famous "Petőfi Promenade" is a few minutes' walk away, with plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment options. An excellent choice for couples or families. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built, 4-storey apartment building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment awaits its dear guests with clean, modern furniture, a somewhat mechanized, fully equipped kitchen. Its comfortable terrace offers a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. The apartment is air-conditioned, provides free wi-fi access, and 1 parking space in the closed parking lot in the building. Please note that in the underground car park there is 1 parking space available in the designated area. The use of any other parking space is strictly prohibited and may result in a penalty. All guests over the age of 18 – including foreign citizens with a Hungarian residence card – are required to pay a local tourist tax. If the tourist tax was not included in the accommodation fee at the time of booking, it must be paid in cash only, upon arrival.
