A vendégházak Káptalanfüred nyugodt, csendes, zöldövezeti részén találhatók, teljesen új építésű, modern, jól felszerelt apartmanok. A hely kiváló lehetőséget biztosít akár az aktív, akár passzív pihenésre vágyó családoknak, baráti társaságoknak télen-nyáron. A fürdésre vágyóknak 600 méterre nyújt felüdülést a Balaton, de a túrázni, kerékpározni vágyók is rengeteg útvonalat találhatnak a környéken. A vendégházak két önálló apartmanból állnak saját és közös kertrésszel. Az ’A’ jelű max. 3 fő, a ’B’ jelű ház max. 5 fő fogadására alkalmas. Konyháink teljesen felszereltek; háztartási gépek (hűtőszekrény, mikrohullámú sütő, indukciós főzőlap, vízforraló, kávéfőző), valamint konyhai kiegészítők biztosítják a főzés lehetőségét. Szobáinkban ágynemű, törölköző és extra takaró is rendelkezésükre áll. A vendégházak fűtéséről és hűtéséről klímaberendezések gondoskodnak, melyeket napelemmel működtetünk, a megújuló energia jegyében. Az apartmanokhoz hatalmas terasz tartozik, amely alkalmas étkezésre, napozásra egyaránt. A kertben két külön szabadtéri grillsütő asztalokkal és padokkal ad lehetőséget a grillezésre. Kényelem és a teljes feltöltődés jegyében mindkét apartmanhoz tartozik egy-egy privát jakuzzi, melyet külön térítés nélkül vehetnek igénybe vendégeink.
