The Arsenal apartment is a 4-room apartment handed over in 2022, located in a newly built apartment building in Újpest, next to Árpád út. Its location overlooks a quiet side street. Ideal for colleagues, groups of friends, and multiple families. Fully equipped bedrooms and common areas await our arriving guests. In the kitchen-dining room, Polar air conditioning equipment helps to achieve the optimal temperature. Access to the house is done with a code at the gate and the key to the apartment is placed in the key box (together with the door key). It is not necessary for our guests to arrive together and to make sure that the person with the key is there.
It is easily accessible by car within minutes from both the M3 and M0 highways, and the morning rush hour is not a problem either, as the car crowd arriving in Budapest can be easily avoided. Public transport is also convenient, metro line 3, trams 12 and 14 and bus stops are 2-4 minutes away on foot. Bus routes: 25, 30, 30A, 104, 120, 170, 196, 204, 220, 230, 270 Night bus routes: 914, 930, 950, 996A You can board the flights both in front of the house and in the center of Újpest. You can find almost everything nearby! Within 50 meters there is a 0-24-hour grocery store, a tobacconist, a liquor store, an Asian mixed store, other shops within 2-3 minutes (e.g. Frei cafe, pastry shop, bakery, etc.). Stop Shop can be reached within 2-3 minutes by car, as well as Spar, Lidl and CBA for larger purchases.
