Built from the ground up in 2020 as a brand-new development, the house has been continuously maintained to ensure a refined and high-quality environment. Its modern, energy-efficient climate system – powered mainly by solar energy – provides silent and comfortable heating and cooling throughout the year. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments. The smaller apartment (40 m² / 430 ft²) is located entirely on the ground floor, while the larger apartment (100 m² / 1,075 ft²) offers spacious interiors partly on the ground floor and partly in the attic. When booked together, the two units function as a private stand-alone house, ideal for families, groups of friends, celebrations or weekend getaways, as well as a perfect base for hiking, exploring and leisure activities in and around Esztergom. Guests can relax on the panoramic terrace, enjoy outdoor dining and barbecue facilities, unwind by the fireplace or recharge in the Finnish and infrared sauna. Board games and generous common areas make the house especially popular with families and larger groups. Both apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, fast WiFi and UHD flat-screen TVs. Free and secure parking is available directly in front of the property.
