These cozy 40-65 m² luxury apartments are wonderfully located in the heart of the 5th district (the most central district of the city). You are steps from the famous Váci Street, the main fashion shopping street in Budapest, with souvenir stores and breath-taking architecture. The famous St. Stephen's Basilika and Andrássy Avenue (the Hungarian "Champs Elysées”) is about 10 minutes, the Danube is just 3 blocks and the famous Vörösmarty Square (where the Christmas market takes place) is around the corner. This is the best location you could possibly get in Budapest.

The area is rich with Budapest’s newest and most modern restaurants, with cuisines ranging from Hungarian, Italian, French, burgers, burritos - the best of everything. The "Budapest Eye" ferris wheel is 3 blocks away in the summertime. The Central Market Hall is 15 minutes by foot. CultiVini Wine Gallery, where you can taste the very best of modern Hungarian wines, is 1 block from there. Public transportation (subway, trams, and buses) leave directly from Deák Square and Ferenciek tere and there are bicycle rental stations nearby. The airport shuttle arrives/departs straight from the square as well.
