The apartment is a real jewelry box! The apartman is equipped with new, comfortable pieces of furniture including a double-bed, a sofa which can be enlarged for two persons. As a result comfortably 4 adults and/or 2 adults with 3 children can stay there. The rooms (a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room) are separated from each other. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils from an electric oven, a microwave oven to a fridge. We provide our guests with the proper comfort and convenience such as free wifi, tv with lot of digital channels, air conditioner, bed linen, hairdryer, towels (50x100cm), bath exit, soap, toalettries, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen towels, etc... . In addition, we supply parking facility (not free) for our guests arriving by car in the underground garage under the house. Finally, there is a closable bicylce room if someone needed it. The smoking, pet, reception of guests on behalf of guests and party is not allowed in the flat. The apartment is located in a condominium, so the policy of the house is obligatory and it is not suitable for any partying!
The guest is very important to us! We provide maximum peace of mind to all our dear guests and make you feel that a real hospitable staff awaits you. In addition, we love nature and the simple refined shapes we try to reflect through the furnishings of the room.
The apartman (40 m2) is located in the downtown some metres from the local theatre in a block of flats built in 2007. Due to its frequented location it can be available very easily. It is close to all sorts of services from which you can get to any point of the city by the means of public transportation, car, bicycle or by walking. The apartman has got a view on the Avas look-out tower. Within close range you can find the promenade road, several shops, restaurants, café bars. Available from there to the surrounding tourist cities, attractions, such as. Mezőkövesd (44 km), Szilvásvárad (48 km), Aggtelek (55 km), Boldogkőváralja (55 km), Tokaj (57 km) or Eger (60 km).
