Dobó Tanya welcomes its guests in two separate guesthouses, each with its own covered terrace, on a 2-hectare landscaped estate in Röszke — a few minutes from exit 173 of the M5 motorway, 850 m from the Röszke border crossing and 12 km from Szeged. The park features an ornamental pond, a bamboo grove and a swimming pond, the latter maintained by the same water-purification system as the pool. Parking is free, inside the gate, in a camera-monitored area. The main house consists of three units that can be connected on request — ideal for a one-night stopover, or rented as a whole for larger families and groups. Guests of this house may freely use the seasonal outdoor pool and its terraces. The second guesthouse — 4 twin bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room with TV — is rented as a whole for groups of 6–8; it comes with the swimming pond, football, badminton and tennis facilities behind the house, and a covered sitting area with a working brick oven and cauldron (bogrács) cooking place next to it. For security the gate is kept closed, but guests are let in at any hour — just ring the bell. We understand late arrivals due to border traffic; if you have a booking, we will be expecting you. A short message about a delay is appreciated. The owners live on the property, separately from the guests, and are available on site for any request. Pet-friendly: pets stay free of charge — please indicate them when booking. We do not serve meals, but food can be ordered from nearby restaurants. Sports and leisure: table tennis, tennis net and badminton on request, football goals, a playground with swings, a fire pit and walking paths in the park.
