We are a Hungarian short-term rental management company with a variety of clients from individuals to investors, and properties both in Hungary and abroad. Besides our daily operation, we also created Hungary's first short-term apartment rental knowledge base, which we operate jointly with the largest Hungarian advocacy organisation in the industry, the Hungarian Association of Apartment Hosts. Your personal host is Richi. When you book, we will send you a link to a very detailed guide which contains essential information about your stay and the apartment, and is complete with recommendations on things to do and places to go. If you need anything during your stay, you can reach us between 9 am and 10 pm every day in the chat here as a preferred channel of communication. If anything comes up that needs to be dealt with in person, a team of professionals are available to handle them.

The apartment is located four floors up from street level in a well-kept building equipped with an elevator. The place consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the living room, there is a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Rakuten (all of which you can use with your own account). This is also where you can find the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal. There is also a dining table and it's the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city or to entertain friends and family. All three bedrooms feature queen-size beds (with two 80 cm wide mattresses) and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet. The apartment includes one parking space in a nearby garage. The apartment is in the attic, with windows overlooking the inner courtyard. However, the area is full of bars and vibrant nightlife. Please keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper!

You'll find the main tourist attractions very close. The apartment is within a short walking distance from the Grand Synagogue, the Basilica, the Opera House and the popular party quarter, the Soho of Budapest with unique and lovely ruin pubs, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. You'll have plenty of choices to dine out or go for a drink without having to use a taxi or public transport. The area is highly recommended for fun-loving travellers.
