The Feel So Good Apartment is a brand new home in an open-plan modern style spiced with atmospheric vintage features and a huge sun-drenched terrace. Situated within easy walking distance of Felsőgöd train station, visitors can be in the heart of Budapest in just 40 minutes door-to-door. I designed and built the house myself, with help from many talented and generous friends, so that I could host international and local visitors in a welcoming, fully-equipped holiday home in my spacious garden. Where did the name come from? Upon his arrival, my Australian friend visiting me for the first time said this when getting off the train at station: “ Now I know why you always feel good!?! ... because you live in Feel-So-Good!” We called the apartment called Feel So Good, because in English you pronounce FELSOGÖD "Feel So Good". It's close, anyway!

I like meeting people, learning about their lives (assuming of course that they're happy to share!) :-)... I believe in the power of universal intention: nothing happens by accident. I love trekking in nature and cycling as well as yoga, theater, concerts and meeting friends. I spend a lot of time in my garden, I love the smell of fresh cut grass and my flowers in every colour of the rainbow. I enjoy a harmonious relationship with nature and my environment.

Göd is the gateway to the northern shore of the Danube bend, situated on the banks of the river and flanked by mountains - Naszály in the north and Pilis in the West. Göd is easily and quickly accessible from Budapest by train or car. What a great feeling to live in a city built on Europe's largest river! The pleasant beaches (stand and stone) along the shore are ideal for relaxing in summer. The clear water, which equals the quality of lake Balaton, offers refreshment in the heat of the summer. Everybody should try swimming upstream, it’s better than an endless pool. In summer and in winter, the local geothermal spring baths, are a short drive away, and offer the opportunity of splendid relaxation. One of the nicest cycle routes in Hungary is situated along the Danube between Göd and Nagymaros - an experience not to be missed for the cycling fans. In summertime there are many great outdoor activities in Göd, and you'll find an abundance of cultural programs nearby including concerts and festivals. Local gastronomic experiences range from elegant restaurants to young, modern bistros and outdoor grilling, meaning that everyone will find food to their taste.
