Property info

Amazing to be close to downtown and Gellért square 3 minutes from the Danube, but in the meantime distanced enough to be private as well in the Budapest capital. We immediately fell in love with this large flat on the 2nd floor of the building, having large windows, great spaces with high ceilings. We created 4 fully private apartments within the flat, completely reconstuted in a bright, modern style in 2020. Property has remote access. Use a phone/ Mobile to call No. (Toll free) and to open Building door. NTAK registration number: EG22031473.

Neighborhood info

We are located on the Buda side of Budapest, Hungary, 3 minutes walk from the Metro 4, and major bus/tram lines in Gellért tér and 8 minutes from Moricz Zsigmond Korter. Gellert Bath, Citadelle on the Buda side, and Liberty Bridge, Central Market Hall are the closest sight to us, in 5 minutes you can be there with public transportation. We are close to the Budapest Congress Center, as well as the Tuske Csarnok, and BME (Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem) and Infopark, where usually sport events and congresses take place. We are 10 minutes drive from the M1/M7 Highway, that is leading to Budaörs, Biatorbagy, Paty and Soskut to the Industry Parks, as well as in direction to Vienna or to the Lake Balaton.
