The building was designed on my own needs so it was built with the highest quality materials and equipped all the things what an unforgettable holiday needs. Such as hydromassage pool, swimming pool, heated outdoor shower, air condition, sliding glass system floorheating, terrace heating, high quality sound system, ice dispenser, high speed WIFI, NETFLIX, CCTV, alarm system and safe. In the house you can enjoy a good size living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with king size bed, second bedrom with queen size bed, 2 bathrroms and toilets, lots of storages and a fully equipped and amazing open space kitchen with direct connection to the totally intimate sunterrace and also to the huge garden. You can park up to 3 cars and also can enjoy the front terrace with a view to the lake! It locates just within a very short walking distance from the beach, around 5 minutes from the main party area, and 10minutes from the city center and also from the port.
