The accommodation provides guests with a complete two-storey townhouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a small pantry, a bathroom and a spacious living room with dining area. From the living room you can access the covered terrace and the back garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both rooms have a balcony.
The house is close to the main road, yet the street is quiet and calm, no heavy traffic. Its location is particularly handy as it is a 3-minute walk to Aldi and Rossmann, and the petrol station is only 1 minute walk away. The beach is 1 km away and the centre of Almadi is 1.5 km away.
