Our management team has a lot of experience in serviced apartment operation since 20211 in all together more than 150 apartments in Budapest in 2 different locations/ disctricts, with an approximate capacity of 550 people. Hosting short term, mid term and long term as well customers for more than 14 years. We are experienced in crisis management too, therefore we continuously could keep open even in the last years.

K46 Residence is our brand new 4* quality Guesthouse with nonstop Reception, ideally located in the heart of Budapest. Despite the bustling location, the building and the two gardens are quiet, and invite all the guests to enjoy the peace and calm. The hotel is pet friendly and uses environmentally conscious solutions such as central fan-coil cooling- heating system with individual temperature setup in each room within the apartments; and aerators for reducing water consumption. It comes with 60 spacious, uniquely designed and furnished suites with balconies and fully equipped, mechanized American style kitchen. Of course wifi is available in the whole complex, underground parking is provided. It is an ideal choice for businessmen, couples, families and groups of friends.

K46 Residence is just 5 minutes from Deák Ferenc Square, which is the business center and public transport center of the city. Gozsdu Udvar and Liszt Ferenc Square are within a footprint for those who are in love with gastronomy and entertainment, and the Opera Theater is also just in a few minutes walking distance.
