Our holiday home is located in the center of the southern shore of Lake Balaton, right in the heart of Balatonszemes, and is waiting for you and your family. The beach is just a short walk away, and everything you may need is nearby: 72 m to the nearest beach, 50 m to the nearest gas station, 100 m to shops and restaurants, 200 m to the pastry shop, 300 m to the harbor, and 400 m to the nearest ATM. The beach is sandy and family-friendly, with a shallow children’s area and a playground, making it ideal for younger children. There is a paid adventure pool complex with swimming pools 1 km away, connected to the large beach. Our property includes 1 parking space and 1 charging spot. Each apartment has its own bathroom. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and a TV with many channels. Baby equipment is available. Electric car charging is available (11 kW, 3x16 A, Type 2).
