As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) at check-in, using a valid identity card, driving licence, or travel document. In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel must refuse to provide accommodation; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation.

Treatments and fitness usage for guests between 12 and 16 years require a signed parental consent form.
