On Siófok's Golden Beach, our 45-60 sqm American kitchen/living room + 1-2 bedroom apartments on the ground floor/upper floor are an excellent choice for families and couples. 50 meters from Lake Balaton, in a terraced house with an outdoor pool, sophisticated, modernly furnished apartments provide a comfortable vacation for 2-5 people. Parking in the courtyard closed to the apartments is provided free of charge. To be paid on site in cash on the day of arrival: - A deposit of 150 EUR is required to receive the keys. The amount of the deposit will be repaid on the spot in cash on the day of departure, if the property is returned in the same condition as when it was handed over. We cannot accept subsequent complaints after the deposit has been returned. - Final cleaning/energy fee: 40- 45EUR or 15.000,-HUF- 17.000,-HUF/apartment
