Newly renovated modern apartment, thanks to its numerous windows and spacious areas, allows an abundance of natural light to enter. In addition, it is fully equipped with everything that can make a pleasant relaxation even more comfortable. Parking garage now also available!

Just a stone's throw away from the city, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is made even quieter by the windows overlooking the inner garden. It is easily accessible via metro line 3, trams 23-24, and bus 281, providing quick access to anywhere in the city. Additionally, there are plenty of large green areas nearby, such as Ludovika Park, as well as several dog parks and playgrounds suitable for families and pet owners.
