Modern, spacious apartment is an excellent choice for everybody. The Pool is open from 1 of June until 31 August. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built, 4-storey apartment building. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The apartment awaits its dear guests with clean, modern furniture, a mechanized, equipped kitchen. (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob) Its comfortable terrace offers a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. The apartment is air-conditioned, provides free wi-fi access, and 1 parking space in the closed parking lot in the building (G4). Please note that in the underground car park there is 1 parking space available in the designated area (G4). The use of any other parking space is strictly prohibited and may result in a penalty. All guests over the age of 18 – including foreign citizens with a Hungarian residence card – are required to pay a local tourist tax. If the tourist tax was not included in the accommodation fee at the time of booking, it must be paid in cash only, upon arrival.
