The Ötköb Cottage is a two-person accommodation converted from a wine house, located in the heart of Miskolc, in the renowned Mélyvölgy area of the Avas hillside. The house, renovated and furnished in an industrial loft style, features spacious interiors, intriguing surfaces, and unique objects. Visitors to the property are greeted by a stunning panoramic view of the city from the terrace.
The Ötköb Cottage is located just a few minutes from Miskolc’s Main Street. Thanks to its central location, most of the city’s landmarks are within walking distance. The surrounding area is characterized by charming cobblestone cellar rows, steep streets, and eclectic wine houses. Free parking is available on public streets just 50 meters from the cottage, though due to the cellar-lined environment, there are no designated parking spaces. Beneath the house lies a 140 m² wine cellar, which can be visited with prior arrangement as part of a guided tour.
