Located on the main road, it includes private entrance and parking. Just 5min off the m7 motorway, Walking distances to Balaton beaches, great view points, concert events, restaurants. Only 15minutes drive to Siofok and Szekesfehervar shopping malls on motorway. 40mins drive to Budaörs. Private Covered heated pool and spa only for you. Also private garden with kids toys and outdoor acttivites. TV , Starlink, Netflix, Disney+ and central airconditioning in all rooms. 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. 3 bedrooms all together 1bedroom queen bed with a sofa with balcony 1bedroom with 2 single beds 1bedroom with twin bed Livingroom has a "hideaway" double bed. Also foldable infant bed is available. All of our bed mattresses our new to the highest standards with memory foam and coconut fiber. Our living roon also include a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge with ice dispenser and filtered watered, kettle and a coffe machine.
We have built this house for our family for our most comfort. We would like to see others enjoy it as much as we do.
Quite neigborhood, mostly unoccupied, no permanent residents, only unrented holiday homes. So you can enjoy your very private time.
