It is a newly renovated stylish apartment with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, in the best and most central place downtown. Cafes, restaurants, bars, theatre, cinema, shopping mall, historical sights, churches, hiking routes, university campuses, all are within easy reach, just a short walk away. Fun fact is that one of the most famous tale and short story writers of Hungarian literature, Ervin Lazar used to live in this apartment back in the 1950s. Many popular stories have been born within these walls!
The location could not be more perfect! The property is in the very centre of the city, however it lays in a very quiet street. Buzzing downtown life of Pécs, with the best bars, coffee shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema and galleries are just a few-minute-walk away. Or take a walk just 10 minutes up the hill towards Tettye to enjoy a peaceful hike above the city!
