The location is great and it is right in front of the thermal spa. Parking is free and breakfast is fine. The room we got was nicely decorated and renovated. However, not all rooms are renovated.

Our second time at Barbakan, we like it. Close to pedestrian zone. Great breakfast , plenty of different food, clean and spacious breakfast restaurant , nice staff.

The staff is very welcoming. The hotel has one of the best spa facilities. The suite was spacious and clean. They kindly considered the special request for the breakfast.

Excellent boutique hotel in the very center of Pecs, easily accessible by car (there are two public garages nearby), within walking distance of all major attractions, very nice design, very comfortable and cozy room, high levels of hygiene, very good breakfast, and very attentive and pleasant employees! Strongly recommended to all!

We stayed there for 4 nights, everything was very good . Sometimes you may forget that you are in 3 star hotel and can be a little disappointed for breakfast , but for a 3 star hotel is good. Great value for money, would definitely recommend and come again. The location is up on a hill, it's very peaceful, easy to find, it's has private parking.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were cordial, accomodating and always in good spirits. Housekeeping was spotless! A/C in room was great (important for me in the Summer).

Our character-filled room offered a tranquil retreat, while the visit to the wine cellar beneath the newly renovated restaurant was both fascinating and unforgettable.
