Modern, classy and upscale. Well lit and spacious room, comfortable bed, crisp linens and bedding, roomy and well laid out bathroom. Our corner unit had a double balcony with wicker deck chairs and tables. Breakfast selection was delicious, plentiful and typically European with a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, bakery items, yogurts, cold and hot cereals and the option of a hot breakfast made to order. Dining room was elegant, with linen tablecloths, napkins, and bud flower vases offering indoor and outdoor seating. Despite some language difficulties hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. A first class hotel in every respect.

The property is located in a beautiful street, with its private parking. It is so cosy, rooms are clean, well equipped, ours with a nice view to the swimming pool, with beautiful terrace. Wellness is great, with good working hours (7.30 am to 9.30 pm), so we had plenty of opportunity to use it. Staff was really polite and helpful, kind and ready to answer every our question.

Harkány is a lovely small spa town where I spent only a few days. The health spa is wonderful, a bit smells, but I got rid of every stress after one day spending in the spa. I will come back here for sure.

Harkány is famous for its thermal bath, and the entire town and all facilities are built around the hot springs and tourists visiting them. While the town offers great walks (you can walk around all areas worth visiting in about 90 mins), nice restaurants, and many places to stay (of various qualities, prices, and facilities), there is little reason to visit or stay here, apart from visiting the central spa or the spa of one of the numerous wellness hotels. It is a really relaxing town though, and having an extensive tourist industry meant that you can do some shopping even on a Saturday afternoon, which is rare in the countryside. Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay!

Nice small town, everything is walking distance. I would recommend Harkany Thermal spa where the whole family will enjoy. And if you want a special experience, take a swim in the outside pool in wintertime 😊

Harkany is a small quiet town and when we walked in the evening, some local restaurants (csarda) we saw on Google maps were closed (February). We tried to enter some restaurants at 20h and were told that the kitchen is closed at 18h. Everything is closed in this town in the evening. Funny, but the only way to find some food was to go to Spar supermarket and get some ready-to-go cooked food. Only another thing we found working in the evening was Tenkes Csarda, 6km drive by car. The local bakery on the main street has some local cakes, but the selection was very limited and was nothing special.

Well, what everybody will rather dislike is the current...

Well, what everybody will rather dislike is the current inflation and, consequently, rising prices, but this rise is not that huge. Harkany is an ideal place for relaxation, swimming, lying on the grass in the park where the pools are located, and doing nothing apart from enjoying your time there. If you like the wine offered in the bar located next to the main entrance to the strandfurdo, visit the vinery - its owner is Gergen Birtok and you`ll find his shop in Siklos-Gyod, Jaro Peter ut.35. You can buy there wine on draft or in bottles.

The apartment is located in a quiet street just 10 minutes walk from the town center. The thermal pools are a 5-minute drive away. It is superbly decorated and equipped and provides an ideal place for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Everything was in place, it is difficult to find fault. We would definitely recommend it and I believe we will come back again
