Szeretnénk felhívni kedves vendégeink figyelmét hogy kisebb iskolai csoportokat,diákokat is tudunk fogadni. Továbbá szívesen állunk rendelkezésre az egyetemi,vagy főiskolai hallgatók akár a levelezős képzésben résztvevő tanulók számára. Különösen kedvező áron tudunk szobát biztosítani ha két diák osztozik a szobán. Természetesen a 2-3 ágyas szobákban fürdőszoba és nyugodt pihenési lehetőség van. Ágynemű és törölköző biztosított. A panzió belterületén nem,de a külső teraszon illetve kertben a dohányzás engedélyezett.Reggel és nap közben is frissen főzött kávé,illetve konyhában mikró,vízforraló elérhető.

Közelben található dohánybolt,pékáru üzlet,reggelizős büfé,kisbolt, kétféle szupermarket. A helyi járatú busz ami az egyetem felé közlekedik szintén itt áll meg,három percnyi sétára a panziótól. Ennek a busznak közvetlen csatlakozása van a Sóstói Vadasparkhoz.
