Reservation Cancellation:

Reservations will be canceled if full payment, valid identification, completed online check-in, and the required guest signature are not received at least 72 hours before check-in. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that payment reaches Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. within the required time frame.

Payment Responsibility:

All payments must be made in full to Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. Guests are required to complete the online payment process before check-in details can be released. If full payment is not provided on time, the reservation will be canceled, and accommodation will be denied.

Online Check-In and Guest Signature:

All guests must complete the online check-in process before arrival. The guest named on the reservation must also complete and sign all required online forms, guest registration documents, and house rules where requested. Check-in instructions and access codes will only be released after online check-in, online payment, valid identification, and required signatures have been completed.

Refund Policy:

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after full payment has been received by Talun Kapu Kft. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the guest’s bank or card issuer.

Guest Identification:

As required by applicable legislation, the accommodation provider has the right to request a valid identity document. Guests are required to present a valid identity document when requested.

Check-In Time:

Check-in is available strictly between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. No check-in is possible before 2:00 PM or after 8:00 PM. Full payment, online check-in, identity verification, and required guest signatures must be completed before check-in details can be released. No exceptions apply.

Guest Registration:

Only guests who are registered in our database are allowed to stay at the property at all times. Unregistered or extra guests will be charged 100 EUR per person, per day, payable in cash at the property. It is the responsibility of the registered guest or the person named on the reservation to cover any extra costs before check-out, in cash.

Extra Charges:

Smoking inside the building will result in a 500 EUR charge.

If additional cleaning is deemed necessary, a 500 EUR fee will be applied.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior written approval from Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. will result in a 150 EUR per day charge.

Pet Policy:

Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. Fees may vary, with a minimum charge of 25 EUR and a minimum damage deposit of 100 EUR per dog. Guests must notify the property of any pets at least 72 hours before check-in.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay during these hours.

Security Cameras:

Exterior security cameras are installed at the property, including at the front door. These cameras are clearly marked on the exterior door and are used for safety and security purposes only.

Enforcement of Rules:

Non-compliance with any of these booking rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Comfort 65 2-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries on dates where such guidelines exist.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
