Our bourgeois style house built in 1937 is in the heart of Balatonföldvàr. The top floor was added in 2009 and includes 3 bedrooms ( with TV sets), 1 fully furnished living room with a kitchen and a dining space ( tv, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. The building is easy to approach and has a closed parking space suitable for more cars. Lake Balaton is 300 meters away and the shops 200 meters from the house ( Tesco, flower shop, grocery, etc.). The 3 bedrooms apartment can accommodate max 6 persons and the couch in the living room can easily accommodate 2 more persons. You can enjoy also the peaceful and quiet garden by sitting in the swing bed or preparing a great meal on the barbecue for friends and family. While Tamas apartment is on the top floor, Adam apartment awaits for its guests on the ground floor. Designed and finished lately, Adam apartment has a unique ambiance, with it's thick brick walls keeps the cool naturally without using the air conditioner.
My name is Tamas Kresz and i love travelling. During my visits to several countries in the world, I collected bits and pieces of good ideas and nice experiences trying to implement them in my own apartments. I hope you will enjoy the cozy ambience I offer and fall in love with the Balaton too.
Balaton is the place you can relax, enjoy not only the lake but everything the region can offer you. gastronomy, wine, music festivals, nature and great hospitality
