No unwanted rules, yet something which we expect you to cooperate with us. • Please treat our villa with respect and care during your stay and its surroundings • Accidents do happen, in case anything breaks request to report to our staff. • Quiet- 09:00 pm to 06:00 am with respect to neighbors • No Drugs (crime in Indonesia) for your own safety. • For any long term reservations >= 10nights the House keeping policy is different. • For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27days the electricty cost will be additional. • Smoking is only allowed outside • There will be additional charge for Early checkin & late checkout and subject to availability. Power Outages: Occasional power outages may occur due to central supply issues. Please note that backup generators are not available in the property.
