Kindly note that the property is in a soft-opening phase, and there may be ongoing construction within the complex, which could result in occasional noise. Rest assured, all guest areas are kept clean, secure, and comfortable at all times.

Kindly be advised that light construction work may take place between 09.00 until 17.00. We would do our best to minimize any inconvenience to your stay. The construction phase is anticipated to conclude on the 31st August 2026, after which the property will offer a fully tranquil experience.

For monthly rentals, electricity usage is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately based on consumption.

A security deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is required for monthly rentals and will be refunded after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
