FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? - A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 12:00 pm while we are getting your Apartment ready. As our staff does not stand by the Apartment all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Apartment Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Apartment Rate. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your Apartment host should you wish your Apartment to be cleaned and at what time. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this Apartment? Can I have extra beds? - A : The maximum capacity for this Apartment is 4 people and no extra bed.
