Bekerja di dunia perminyakan sebelumnya selama 30 tahun dengan pengalaman tinggal di beberapa negara sebagai Fluids Specialist. Kini menekuni property dengan pengembangan hospitality. Berharap dapat membantu banyak traveller mendapatkan tempat tinggal yang nyaman ketika harus berpergian jauh.

AW Lor House berlokasi di Damai Illustria. Hunian baru minimalis di daerah utara Kota Yogyakarta. Tepatnya di Jl. Kaliurang KM 10 atau Jl. Ngalangan Raya, Ngaglik, Sleman. Lokasi yang sejuk, tenang, nyaman dan aman. Tidak jauh dengan Kampus UGM, UII, UPN, Al-Azhar Islamic School dan beberapa lokasi destinasi wisata. Homestay ini hadir menawarkan keramahtamahan lingkungan, harga yang terjangkau dan kemudahan akses berbagai wisata kuliner di utara Yogyakarta.

Perumahan baru yg dibangun di area persawahan. Udara bersih dan segar dengan banyak tumbuhan besar dan pemandangan Gunung Merapi. Ideal untuk beristirahat karena jauh dari keramaian. Lingkungan yang ramah, nyaman dan aman. Dekat dengan berbagai kampus UGM hanya 15 menit, UII hanya 14 menit dan UPN hanya 15 menit. Ke YIA hanya 60 menit. Kuliner banyak ditemui sepanjang Jalan Kaliurang seperti Baleroso Resto, Tengkleng Gajah atau Kopi Klothok. WS tooserba hanya berjarak 1.5 KM.
