Robert used recycled teak wood for the building's pillars and doors. Recycled teak was also used for the restaurant's Javanese pyramid-style structure. The rooms combine recycled teak wood for the doors and windows, with modern brick walls and modern ceilings, all designed by Robert. We maintain of our own garden and plants and organic vegetables using compost from restaurant waste. We prioritize soil, water, and energy sustainability. All the dishes on the restaurant menu are homemade and cooking by Mura, using organic and natural ingredients according to Javanese family recipes without MSG.
