Rumah Melissa is a spacious newly built modern bohemian style 3-bedroom villa located in one of Sanur's most desirable residential neighbourhoods. Blending contemporary design and warm natural elements, this villa is crafted for upscale living - ideal for families, long term residents, a small groups, and digital nomads.
The property is located on the West side of Sanur not on the Beach side of Sanur. Please note, while it is not within walking distance, everything is easily accessible with a short drive. What you can expect - 7-minute scooter ride to the beach. - Close to Sanur Harbor. - Some good restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry around; 5 min walk to Warung Umago, 10 min walk to DiSanurArthub (Izakaya), 15 min walk to Pure Pizza).
