Coconut Grove is a private 3-bedroom villa in Ubud, Bali, set in a peaceful rice field environment just a short drive from the town centre. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa features a private swimming pool, open indoor-outdoor living spaces and views across lush greenery. The villa includes three spacious en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, ideal for relaxed meals. Guests can enjoy the sun deck, garden and a yoga or meditation space, creating a calm and private setting. High-speed WiFi and air conditioning in all bedrooms ensure comfort for both short and longer stays. Located approximately 10 minutes from Ubud centre and 2.6 km from Monkey Forest, the villa offers convenient access to restaurants, cafes and cultural attractions while remaining in a quieter, more natural area. The property is situated in a countryside setting, which is part of its charm. The final access road is narrow, typical of rural Ubud. Guests may occasionally see local farmers nearby, and as with all tropical environments, insects or geckos may be present. This villa is ideal for families, couples or small groups seeking a private and peaceful stay close to Ubud.

Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. *This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze
