A very convenient, clean and complete room for a solo or those travelling with partner, right in the heart of the city. All rooms with AC and private bathroom and shower water heater. Separate kitchen, mini pantry with free drinking water, coffee and tea, guest area, living room, mini library and washing machine for rental is available for use by the guest. 24 hours access. 30-40 minutes from and to airport. Parking for motorbike is free. Car parking needs confirmation before arrival. Most rooms are on ground floor, but some rooms are on 2nd or 3rd floor accessible by stairs. Property is really close to minimarts, cafes, etc. (2 mins walking) and 4 mins walking to main street and inter city bus terminal.
