A newly-built compound located in the middle of lush green paddies. Consist of 2 units of ‘Lumbung’ style houses with dedicated dining area, a private garage for 1 car and 2+ motorbikes, and lush big garden perfect for family-style BBQ while enjoying the magical sunset in the evening

It is a relaxingly quiet neighborhood since there’s only 2 buildings in the lane (including this villa) and the rice fields surrounding the remaining area The infamous Kelating Beach is only 3 minutes away by motorcycle or car, or around 20 minutes on trekking through the lush green fields
