We are Marion and Eric, a French couple who left everything behind to live on the island of Flores, Indonesia. Our journey began with a true love at first sight for the wild volcanic landscapes of Flores, the untouched beauty of the Komodo archipelago, and above all, a life-changing encounter with Akbar, a passionate local guide deeply connected to his island. From this friendship and our shared love for the ocean, Komodo Emocean Tour was born: a small-scale, heartfelt cruise experience deeply rooted in local culture. With the help of craftsmen from Sulawesi, we built a boat that reflects who we are : warm, authentic, and welcoming, to share the breathtaking marine and land wonders of this extraordinary region. Komodo Emocean Tour is more than just a trip. It’s an invitation to slow down, marvel at nature, and share real, meaningful moments to the rhythm of the sea.
