Everything! Its the Rolls-Royce of the hostels! Clean cool rooms, comfy mattresses, good pillows, Aircon, absolutely spotless bathrooms, swim pool, a bar and a restaurant... This place is made to make you stay and don't go out! I've been to over 250 hostels in my adventures and this one is in my top 5.

We loved the serenity and the very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for us with only a 30 minute walk in to town. It was so convenient to book our snorkeling trips with Wet Frog diving company which is on the premises. Very comfortable bed with spacious room.

Nice hotel, good facilities. one of the best in Labuan Bajo if you re looking for a good service and great infrastructure. Crown Plaza has amazing standard. they are really professional and the quality of the service is top. good bathroom and great shower. The concierge is great and they can drive you everywhere so very practical. you can also rent some scooter for a pretty cheap price.

Everything! We even got an upgrade to Villa room.

All of the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Videl. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back.

Our stay at Elang Hillside Bamboo Villas was totally unique. The villa itself was so special, the views from Villa and pool were spectacular and the staff were the best we have ever met. So helpful and accomodating.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in Indonesia. A fantastic, new, boutique hotel, right in the centre of LBJ. Extremely clean, good size rooms, brilliant, friendly staff, management "on the ball", beautiful wet-edge pool and sunloungers overlooking the harbour, sunrises and sunsets all visible from pooldeck. The breakfast is delicious, and abundant - we normally didn't need to eat lunch! They can arrange transport to/from airport for IDR100K. I have stayed here multiple times now and can't fault the place. Highly recommended. Do it!! Cheers David FEB2026.

Friendly staff, clean room with nice view and decent breakfast

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! My door wouldn't shut from the outside unless I scanned my keycard a second time to trigger the lock. The TV in my room was smashed. I don't think that the AC worked, there may have been what I think was blood on the wall, the toilet didn't have a top lid, the room looked like it was still under construction, and for some odd reason there were children hanging around in the common areas; girls from 7-14 years old at the front desk, and boys 14 to 20 upstairs where the rooms are. I checked in for 8 days and only stayed 2. And the staff gave me issues about the payment that I made, and the refund of 6 days. As if basic math was out the door! I thought I lost my credit card there (I didn't) but after messaging the property to ask I only got a request for a review as a response.

The property was very clean and the people were great! Rooftop bar is a beautiful place to watch the sunset and grab a drink. Steps from the harbor if you are heading out for a tour and only seven minutes from the airport. They will hang on to your luggage if you need and are flexible with check in and check out times.
