The space: Located in an authentic local neighborhood, just 100 meters from the main road with a 6-meter-wide access road, the property offers easy access and is only 5–15 minutes from Pakuwon Mall, PTC, the U.S. Consulate, Ciputra Hospital, Estate 89, and Cambridge School. This property is also suitable for photoshoots, content creation, and other creative projects. If you plan to use the property for these purposes, please let us know in advance. Other things to note: Please note that a prayer room is located about 500 meters from the property
