La Isla is a small collection of five private villas behind one gate, in the heart of Bingin on Bali's Bukit Peninsula. Each villa is self-contained, with its own pool and garden, yet the whole property runs as one — a small Balinese team on-site and a concierge on hand from morning to night. Bingin's main street is a three-minute walk — coffees, warungs and shops — and the path down to Bingin Beach is close by. Padang Padang, Single Fin and Uluwatu Temple are a short ride down the coast; the airport is about forty minutes away. Guests can expect a calm, unhurried stay with no fixed schedule. A welcome floating breakfast, daily pool care and fresh towels come as standard. Private chef dinners, in-villa Balinese massage, scooter delivery, airport transfers, beach-club access and day trips around the island can all be arranged on request.

Bingin sits on the Bukit Peninsula at Bali's southern tip — a relaxed clifftop village known for its surf, its sunsets and its easygoing pace. The main street, a five-minute walk away, is lined with specialty coffee spots, family-run warungs, casual restaurants and a few shops and surf-rental shacks. The beaches are the draw. Bingin Beach, reached by steps down the cliff, has pale sand, tide pools and warungs built into the rock. A short ride away are Padang Padang, Impossibles, Dreamland and Balangan — some of the best-known surf breaks and swimming beaches on the island. At sunset, head to Single Fin at Uluwatu for clifftop views and live music, or to Uluwatu Temple (Pura Luhur Uluwatu), a sea temple perched on the cliffs where a traditional Kecak fire dance is performed each evening.
