Recently renovated in September 2024, Little Ripper is a complex of 3 homey self-contained lofts and a small brand new boutique hotel with 6 luxury rooms, which is just opened in October 2024. It is 800m away from the surfing beach of Kedungu, near Tanah Lot. It is steps away from its popular cafe where guests can have their breakfasts there. Each loft unit has been lovingly built and furnished as an extension of our house. Each unit has a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining counter, also with a modern bathroom and a semi-open shower. It has a mezzanine floor entirely made of iron-wood for sleeping area. In front, each unit has its own private patio overlooking a shared infinity pool. All units are fully enclosed and fully air-conditioned. The luxury rooms in the boutique hotel has more modern furnishing with dark wood and stones finishing. The 6 rooms here share 1 beautiful lagoon-like pool. We have decorated the units as if they were our own house. Almost all of our furniture is made with solid native wood and rattan and made in the island or in Java. All of our soft furnishings are also dyed naturally in an eco-friendly process in Bali. We also hand-picked all the amenities inside the unit, including the ceramics and glassware, coffee and tea-maker, and the arts all over the complex. Some of the arts were purchased during our travels or photographed by ourselves. Many of the photographs we took depict the local sceneries of Kedungu. All toiletries provided are organic and locally produced.

We are a small family of 3 who enjoys travelling and trying out new things. We have just moved to Bali in 2019 and has been enjoying surfing the waves of Kedungu since then. We love trail-running, hiking, surfing, yoga, and exploring new areas. We love hosting and sharing our guests our local knowledge to them.

Little Ripper is located around 500m from the Kedungu Beach, 10 minutes of leisure walk with views of paddy fields. Morning and sunset walks to the beach and its areas are highly recommended especially during the cooler months as the sky usually illuminates a set of beautiful hues during dawn and dusk. Kedungu beach has its own unique charm and is a very popular beach among the local Balinese. It is known to tourists as one of Bali surfing beaches whose waves are suitable for both beginners and intermediate surfers. To families, the left side of the beach is a playground area for the kids, especially during the low-tide where young children can safely dip in the shallow natural pools formed by the reefs near the shores. A beautiful sunset is almost a guaranteed view here every day. Kedungu village is around 20minutes motorcycle ride to Canggu center and 25minutes to Berawa area. The village itself is still quiet. But just in front of the lofts, we have our own cafe serving breakfast and lunch with homemade sourdough breads baked daily and excellent freshly brewed coffee. Did we mention we also have a library upstairs? Closest modern supermarket is around 8 mins drive.
