The Maha Residence guest house is a family runs accommodation. All the people involved from building the guest house is part of my father in laws family. My Father in laws live next door because the land before was his backyard so you will experienced staying within Balinese compound. The family living just like the old days so you will found dogs, cats, chickens and even ducks around my father in laws yard but off course not around the guest house. The guest house separated from the house by a living room which turn into breakfast area. The everyday housekeeping will be done by Keny - my wife aunt - she speaks English. My father in law and my mother in law also involved in the guest house. So basically we available anytime around the house.
Born in Denpasar and living in Gianyar village around 1 hours drive from the Maha residence guest house. I loved property industry and work around it.
The Balangan village is one of the fastest growing area in Bali with many of its land own by big people with big names in Jakarta. Most of them already sold long time ago at the same time as the Pecatu Graha property. The area will be packed with various facilities such as International sports center, Marriott hotel soon to be opened, and many private villas around the area.
