Property info
Ndalem Nitihardjan is a family-owned Javanese heritage estate in Wanurejo Village, just 2.5 km (about 6 minutes) from Borobudur Temple. Set approximately 400 meters from the main road, our property offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by tropical gardens while remaining close to the area's most popular attractions.
Built on a 4,000-square-meter estate, nearly half of the land is dedicated to open green spaces filled with flowering plants, fruit trees, and traditional gardens. The spacious outdoor areas create a relaxing environment where guests can enjoy the slower pace of village life after exploring Borobudur and its surroundings.
Our accommodations combine traditional Javanese architecture with modern comforts, allowing guests to experience the warmth of a heritage home without sacrificing convenience. Depending on the accommodation you choose, you may enjoy private living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and garden views. Shared facilities include our traditional Pendopo, where breakfast is served each morning, beautiful gardens, outdoor seating areas, ample parking, and our on-site restaurant and café, Pasta Kopi Niti.
Whether you're visiting Borobudur as a couple, family, or group of friends, we aim to provide more than simply a place to sleep. We want every guest to experience genuine Javanese hospitality, peaceful surroundings, and the welcoming atmosphere of a family home while discovering the cultural richness of Borobudur.
